Why not take better care of yourself? Why does everyone else comes first? I call it the "mom mentality", but it can happen to anyone. We often buy new shoes, coats, haircuts, etc. for our kids while we continue to use the old and worn. We shop for our things at discount and department stores while our kids get top of the line.
